I just found your web site and I am so thrilled and in awe of your ideas and your artistry! What an perfectly beautiful addition to any special occasion. Your work has a quality of it's own - above the ordinary 'wall words' that are out there and I love the fact that your art is removable. I was in my sister's wedding (she was radiant - it was perfect), and this lovely friend of the family said that she'd seen me on the internet. Of course, I was a little disturbed by this - as far as I know, my blog is the only place I'm on the internet, and only one person reads it. Turns out, she was perusing your site because she wants to put a saying her mom used to say, "gratitude is the heart remembering" on the wall on her laundry room. Not everyone needs to see it, she says, but she wants to see it every day. She was looking at the pictures, and saw Aidan's nursery. She asked me about it in front of several people, and I was the best possible advertisement I could be. I must've given the address 3 times, too. She about fell over when I told her the owners were my neighbors!

I just finished putting up the house numbers order that I received a few days ago. I would have put them up immediately, but had to confer with my husband. And I am glad I did. We agreed on placement (that was quite an event in itself)and they look absolutely GREAT. We just painted our house and needed something really cool and your numbers were just the ticket! The "No." touch is just what I wanted in something that no one else in the neighborhood would have. (I did have to trim the space in between and tuck it in a little - but that is the beauty of your design!) I don't know how it will weather, but it shouldn't get too much direct rain/sun, etc. PLUS the burnisher is such a fabulous dish washing-scraper-tool! I was impressed with the packaging, the instructions (LOVE the 'warning'). I also thought I would let you know that the triangular tube will be recycled also. Our family has a little running joke by wrapping something in a tube for a Christmas gift. The tubes have varied in size over the years and this one will be a big winner! (Not that I compete with my siblings still at age 42, or anything...) Ok, Ok - I will get back to the point. Love the product, the ease of use, the service, the packaging, the tools. ALL OF IT! DON"T CHANGE A THING! I am going to do my best to spread the word! Thank you Kathleen

On August 20, I ordered house numbers as a housewarming gift for my mom. I realized a week later that I had accidentally inverted the numbers when I typed my order. I assumed that my order had already been created, but I called your customer service line just to be sure. I spoke with Michael who was both friendly and helpful. He took my information and told me that he would call me back regarding the status of my order. I was pleasantly surprised when he called back not 10 minutes later. He relayed that my order had already been shipped, but he would re-process the order with the correct address at no charge. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but you were gracious enough to fix MY mistake. It is not very often that a company will fix an order at no cost when the fault lies with the customer. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your service and customer relations.

I received my Wonderful Graffiti and Wonderful is an understatement! We love it! The monograms we selected are going to be a delightful addition to our daughter's wedding reception. Thank you, Deborah H.

Thank you!! for sending a replacement to me. The second try of installing went much better. My Dad and husband were able to install it on my dining room wall. The semi-gloss paint along with the slight texture on my walls made it a slow process, but they completed it in about an hour. It helped to peel the backing off of it BEFORE putting it on the wall, then taping it up, and then squeeging onto the wall. As they peeled the 2nd backing off, they continued to press the letters down and used a straight razor to section off small pieces of backing that they were peeling off. This seemed to help control and minimize the number of letters that tried to stick to the backing. It looks great, I will email pictures!

I just tried to use your website and had a very bad experience. Whatever you guys did to "update" or "enhance" it had the complete opposite effect. I've been a customer for several years now and found your old site very customer-friendly. It would be nice if customers could have the option of simply looking at the type without the room layout and all of the bells and whistles...many of which don't work anyway. I did manage to order something, but I really have no idea if its the right size or layout. I'll take my chances this time, but I don't think I'll be ordering from you again. Losing one customer might not seem like such a big deal, but I've had no less than 100 people come to my house and ask about your product. I won't be singing your praises again. Too bad for both of us!

We have just painted our dining room and my wife is huge Wizard of Oz fan.. so I had to get "There's no place like home.–Dorothy" for her. She loves it and so does everybody that sees it. I ordered (almost 2 years ago) a Shakespeare quote...I do love nothing... and the swedish proverb. I love them both and get regular compliments and people are generally in awe of my "stencil" talents (as most people think) until I fess up and admit the ease of installing my wonderful wall art. Here is my oops moment, I only recently noticed that Proverb is spelled PROVEB, the second R is missing. It is truly amazing that I never noticed it earlier, but I am wondering if I send a photo how hard it would be to fix? Do you keep records of peoples orders? Please advise... I still love your company and I am almost ready to place my next order. With kind regards,

I was eventually able to transfer all letters that were not "burnished over" on the initial transfer, by cutting them off white vinyl (checkered backing) and then covering them back up with the clear covering...and then re-burnishing them to wall...very time consuming and labor intensive. But, end product looks good. VERY frustrating to work with at first as there is DEFINITELY a learning curve! I think the directions printed on the "read this or you will be sorry sheet" are not specific enough. I figure that I am fairly educated ( I have my Masters Degree) and would be able to follow directions, but they are lacking in some vital information. I would suggest including information that you should spot check to ensure letters are coming off properly while "un-hinging" and rolling down. As it appears all are coming off, and then you lift up and so many left on white vinyl. The section regarding the unhinging is "weak" in that it is difficult to understand what you mean by the term "unhinging." I would also include tape and the areas marked where to tape on sheet and then how to start unrolling it. By the time I got to the third section, I was a pro at hanging it...but, I would HIGHLY recommend a demo video clip on line at your website as this would help visually describe and explain the process. I would also send aROW of trial transfer, instead of just the two letters of "WG" as this is not a realistic representation of what to expect when you have an order that has MANY MANY words! My last suggestion...if possible...if the backing (the checkered side) was clear or see through, this would also help with re-hanging any stray letters that are not pulled off correctly. I spoke to Andrew and he said this would not be possible...but, what if you all found a product that you use to help transfer letters that did not come off....a "back up" help kit for minor problems with transferring that could be included in product packaging for just this issue...would be great. If I could have seen visually where the random letters were that I was attempting to re-transfer and re-burnish in relation to what I already hung -- that would have been very helpful. I was having to make educated guess at where they should be to level them and place them in proper position. If this email does not make sense, call me..I can probably explain it better than I can write it!

I just finished applying my new 'wall words' and I had to write. My home looks stunning! I bought your 'Fairest of Them All' for my bathroom mirror (a little help in the 'self-esteem' dept. can't hurt!) and had a custom design done for a plain hallway. Thank you for taking a brilliant idea and having the wits to make it available to all. Looking at the font used for my 'Peace Love Grace Serenity' words, I can imagine that Thomas Jefferson himself put pen-to-wall just for me! All the best and continued good luck. All I can say is - WOW! What a completely wonderful and unique concept and product. I saw you mentioned in Real Simple and their example simply didn't do you justice. The designs are beautiful and seem to transform a room. Your site is completely addictive. My biggest problem is deciding what to get! I spoke with Allison on the phone today and she was wonderful, assuring me I would receive my order by Christmas, as I'm in Ohio. So far, my experience has been terrific. I look forward to getting my wonderful graffiti, changing the graffiti in my house throughout the year, and ordering plenty as gifts!

I was so surprised when my Graffii showed up on my doorstep and I couldn't wait to get it up on the wall. (I Graffiti'd) the wall that I look at everyday when I'm working in my scrapbook studio. I found the quote in a decorating magazine on a trip and couldn't get it out of my head. I knew it would be perfect for that "ugly" wall that stares at me all day. : ) Thanks again. I ordered two things. One of which was a Valentine's day gift for my husband. It came on 2-13. GREAT TIMING! We have a sloped ceiling in our bedroom, and it looks TERRIFIC over his closet. He sees it every morning when he wakes up, and every night before he goes to bed. I haven't done anything with the "family" one yet. I'm saving that for when we redo our living room.

Your site is very hard to use. i just wanted to do a very simple thing. 4" letters linen color french script straight line. the click and drag sign wouldn't go way. it is hard to open up a "box" the right size. prices were all over the place. when i did get to a order page it did not adjust for the 25%off. i ordered something for a friend and when i went to place my order, it would not adjust to the change in address.so thats enough of this for me tonight.

Hello, I just wanted you to know that I wanted to order a quote from you, but your website was hard to navigate, I kept getting rerouted back to the home page. I used your creating link, but I wanted a simple quote and didn't really need to use the wall. I just wanted to see the finished product which I had a problem with. The Graffii arrived earlier than expected and we are still remodeling our bathroom, so I can't comment on how it looks on the wall. i love what you have done. i will send some digital photos. the verbage/imagery has added an inspiring element to our house. the note suggesting that "one might regret it the instructions are not read" was quite compelling- and quite right. i took it seriously and read it first! and not being prone to slowing down long enough to read the instructions- i am glad i made time for the grafitti instructions. they were quite clear and perfectly helpful.

I like the look of the new site, but I have one frustration with the new design tool. I would like the text boxes for the graffiti quote to be a little easier to use. I know the dimensions I want for my quote (4'3"w x 1'1"h), but I can't get it exactly right in the design tool. The numbers jump around as I drag the box. (Closest I can get is 4'3.1"w x 1'0.8"h) I would like to be able to enter in the dimensions numerically and have the box then snap to fit.

Dear Mary, I recently purchased some Wonderful Graffiti for my bedroom. I was very nervous I would have trouble applying the letters or that customer service would overlook my special instructions. Neither of those things happened. My letters came out exactly how I had envisioned them, and applying them to my wall was a breeze. I absolutely love looking up above my bed to see the beautiful "graffiti" there! Thank you for having such a wonderful (no pun intended) company. My Graffiti probably won't mean much to anyone but a dental hygiene student. I'm saving my pennies to order some more quotes to put in our operatories where we take x-rays. The walls are quite bare and I thought it would be fun for both students and their patients to read.

I had a great experience with my Wonderful Graffiti! I used it at my reception after the wedding. I put the saying on a piece of plexi glass so I would be able to keep it afterwards.

I just put up the first graffiti that I ordered and it looks great. Directions were great. When peeling off the top layer you need to go very slow in case some of the graffiti hasn't stuck to the wall. This happened a few times and since I was going slow I was able to lay the top layer against the wall and burnish it again. It looks great.
