What are Wonderful Graffiti transfers made of?
Wonderful Graffiti is made of very, very thin pieces of vinyl. A light adhesive holds each vinyl piece firmly to most hard, smooth surfaces until
you're ready to remove them. Vinyl makes Graffiti flexible, durable and washable. It's extreme thinness and matte finish make Wonderful Graffiti
look as though it's been printed on your surface. (And not like vinyl at all.)
Can I reuse my Wonderful Graffiti?
Sorry, no. Wonderful Graffiti is extremely thin and tends to stretch and tear as it is being removed. You'll also lose the precise positioning of the letters.
Can I get a custom design?
You bet. Our $25 custom design fee buys you the mad skills of one of our custom designers. Just dump everything that's in your head about the
project into an email and send it to
help@wonderfulgraffiti.com. Don't forget to include the size of the area you want your Graffiti to fit
into.
Do you do logos?
We don't design logos but we can reproduce them in Wonderful Graffiti material.
Send your logo to
help@wonderfulgraffiti.com. We'll need logo art in a vector format–a file that ends in either .ai or .eps.
If you don't have a vector file, whoever designed your logo should easily be able to get you one.
Can I hang Graffiti over fresh paint?
We suggest waiting at least one month after painting. If a piece of masking tape does not remove any paint from an inconspicuous place,
you're good to go.
Can I put Graffiti on any surface?
Wonderful Graffiti won't adhere properly to fabric, rough surfaces, dirty walls, some matte paints or to paint that isn't properly bonded
with the underlying surface. If you're in doubt about your surface,
request a sample.
Will Graffiti work on "knock-down" or "orange peel" walls?
Some texture looks great behind Wonderful Graffiti, but there's a fine line between what looks good and what won't work.
Also, every wall is different. Better
request a sample.
Can I put Graffiti in rooms with high humidity like bathrooms?
Humidity doesn't affect the performance of Wonderful Graffiti. The surface that you transfer your Graffiti to, however, should be dry.
Can I put Graffiti on tile?
Wonderful Graffiti performs beautifully on glazed tile but be aware that the transfers have a matte finish that may contrast oddly with a shiny tile.
The transfers also won't work well over grout lines.
Can I put Graffiti on wallpaper?
Maybe. Because every wallpaper is different, we suggest trying a sample first in an inconspicuous place.

Can I put anything over my Graffiti to preserve it?
We've put polyurethane over Wonderful Graffiti with great results. Also epoxy. Remember, though, that you'll need to cover the ENTIRE SURFACE because the sheen of your polyurethane
will be different from the sheen of your surface.
Can I use Wonderful Graffiti outdoors?
Sure. It doesn't transfer as easily in freezing weather, though, and the surface you're applying it to shouldn't be hot to the touch.
Also be sure that the surface is clean, dry, hard, smooth and flat.
What if I can't hang my Graffiti right away?
Wonderful Graffiti becomes more difficult to transfer the longer it's stored. (It's one of the reasons we only make it to order.)
We recommend purchasing your Graffiti shortly before you need it, and hang it as soon as possible after you receive it.
If you must store your Graffiti for a short amount of time, you'll have the best results if you keep it in a dry area away from
excessive moisture and chemicals, at temperatures below 100°F. The garage, for instance, is NOT a good place. It's also a good idea to store
your Graffiti in the shipping container in which you received it.
We will not replace Graffiti more than six months after its purchase date.
How do I remove Wonderful Graffiti?
Just slip a fingernail under one corner and carefully peel it away, keeping the piece as close to the wall as possible. You might find that the warmth of a hair dryer speeds things up.
Can I clean Wonderful Graffiti?
Use a mild household cleaner, a soft cloth or sponge, and a light touch. Avoid cleaners that contain alcohol or abrasives.
Is Wonderful Graffiti sold in any stores?
You won't find Wonderful Graffiti in retail stores. Because we're big on the whole customization thing, we think the Internet is the best
place for us. And because Wonderful Graffiti becomes more difficult to transfer the longer it sits on a shelf, we prefer to make it to order
and get it into the hands of our clients as soon as possible.
